Abstract

The article addresses the enterprise Buonaventura Caviglia in Mercedes (Soriano department) at the head of an agro-industrial establishment. Entrepreneurship is studied in the context of the role played by European immigration, particularly Italian, in the development of agriculture and particularly the wine.
